PURPOSE:To maintain preferably transfer characteristic to a recording sheet of heat fusible ink for a long period of time by composing ink carrier of ceramic paper. CONSTITUTION:An ink carrier 1 in which the recording operation of a recorder R is finished is moved to an ink supply unit S, again held with toner 3 to be regenerated, and constructed to perform again a new recording operation. Since ceramic paper itself for forming the carrier 1 has a strength sufficient to be solely repetitively used, heat received from a heating head 4 in the recorder R can be directly acted at heat fusible ink held by the carrier 1. Since the paper has thermal conductivity which is not so high as that of metal to be immediately diffused from the head 4 and not so low as that of resin film, it does not store heat even if it is repeatedly used, thereby avoiding an unintentional fusion of the ink on a paper except the part having the necessity of the fusion. |
