<p>PURPOSE: To increase control speed of a control valve by connecting an adjusting piston to a working piston and making a pressure area of the working piston smaller than a cross-sectional area of the adjusting piston. CONSTITUTION: An adjusting piston 3 is connected to a working piston 17, and a pressure area of the working piston 17 is made smaller than a cross-sectional area of the adjusting piston 3. Consequently, as it is possible to increase a pressure gradient to adjust the adjusting piston 3 and to increase adjustable dynamics of the adjusting piston, it is possible to increase control speed of a control valve.</p> |
