PURPOSE:To improve the safety in work by installing an oil temperature rise detecting means for detecting the rise of oil temperature over a prescribed value in maintenance operation, position detecting means which operates when a cage arrives at a prescribed floor, and a means for suppressing operation when the above-described means both operate. CONSTITUTION:If oil temperature rises over a certain value in maintenance operation, an oil temperature detecting device 15 operates to open an all-time closed contact point 15a. If a cage is not at a prescribed position, an oil temperature control relay 21 is kept in a held state. If operation is continued in this case, a position detecting switch 6 contacts a cam at a getting-on place on a certain floor, and the contact point 6a is opened and the relay 21 is not energized, and the contact points 21a and 21b are opened, and the rising and lowering operation instruction circuits 19 and 20 are cut off, and the cage keeps stopping. Since, in this case, the position where the switch 6 is engaged with the cam is the position where the cage arrives at the boarding place, a door can be opened. Further, even if the cage is not moved, the inspection in a machine chamber or at a boarding place is permitted. |
