<p>A channel for distributing lubricating oil is arranged in the crankcase (13) of an internal combustion engine and extends through transverse walls (11, 12). The sections of the channel between two transverse walls (11, 12) consist of a plug-in tube (23) and a socket tube (24), which can be mutually displaced and rigidly coupled in the axial direction. The free ends of the plug-in tube (23) and the socket tube (24) are sealingly guided in the drilled passages (14, 15) in the transverse walls of the canal. This arrangement permits simplified machining of the crankcase (13) in the region of the channel.</p> |
