<p>PURPOSE:To execute the optimizing control of a process by providing a means which can input control information concerned with a process control latent in the head of an operator in operating of a plant at a real time. CONSTITUTION:An input interface 2 can input control information with a natural language when the control information concerned with a process control latent in the head of an operator 10 appears at the consciousness of the operator 10 in operating, and the inputted control information is transmitted to a learning means 3 and an AI monitor and control central device 5 at a real time. In an initial stage at which an AI process monitor and control equipment 1 is installed to a recovering boiler control in a paper and pulp producing process, for instance, the significant and proper control information inputted from the operator 10 at all times is observed by a learning means 3 through process data, operating information and the input interface, and a pattern to have statistical regularity is detected among the inputted information. Thus, the complicated property, an action and a method for proper coping can be learnt efficiently.</p> |
