PURPOSE: To apply a steam mediated oil production increasing method to oil desposits of all types, to increase a recovery quantity, and to improve economical efficiency by using a steam injection recovery process for an oil deposit containing crude oil, etc., and making contact with a fluorochemical of a prescribed component. CONSTITUTION: A steam injection recovery process such as a circulating injection process or a steam driving process is applied to an oil deposit containing crude oil or a substance for generating crude oil. A fluorochemical composed of a prescribed component is brought into contact with the oil deposit and a sediment before heating the oil deposit by steam injection and after heating the sediment by steam injection. Thus, viscosity of oil in the vicinity of an oil well is reduced, the inside of the oil well is purified, oil recovery quantity is increased, and oil can be economically efficiently recovered even from an oil desposit unprofitable so far.
