PURPOSE:To position material to be machined with high accuracy by supporting a table on which the material to be machined is held by a floating supporting device and driving it to the fixed position of a machining chamber by a reciprocating device to guide the table to a positioning cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary table 5 is pushed up by a cylinder 17 and brought into contact with the rotational positioning cylinder 31, a spring 35 contracts and the rotational positioning cylinder 31 moves upward till a casing cover 12 is pushed against a welding chamber 2. Since the rotational positioning cylinder 31 is constituted of a tapered contact part with the rotary table 5, even if the position of the rotary table 5 is deviated at first, it is guided to the rotational positioning cylinder 31 by the cylinder 17 and positioned at the welding fixed position automatically. At this time, the rotary table 5 is supported freely floatably by the floating supporting device 40 and can receive rotating force smoothly, even if it is deviated from the axial center of a rotation axis 11 and positioned at the fixed position with respect to an electron beam 1. |
