PURPOSE:To attain a slow or still stereoscopic viewing by successively outputting the video signal of respective one field period photographed at the same time as a first and a second picked up video signals plural times, switching at every one field period and alternately outputting the signal. CONSTITUTION:The right and left videos S1, S2 inputted from the lens parts 1, 2 of the right and left cameras of a two eye type stereoscopic camera are converted to an electric signal by solid-state image pickup elements 3, 4. At this time, the right and left video signals are synchronized by a GENLOCK cable 11. Then, the synchronized electric signals are discharged as the video signals S3, S4 at every 1/60seconds - 1/1000seconds by the solid-state image pickup elements 3, 4. The video signals S3, S4 synchronized from the right and left solid state image pickup elements 3, 4 are stored in field memories A, A' in a storage device 5. The video signals sequentially stored are read from the field memories A, A' in the storage device 5. Thereby, the slow and the still reproduction can be easily stereoscopically observed by previously converting a signal. |
