<p>Process for preparing aqueous solutions of unsaturated quaternary ammonium salts according to the formula H2C=CH-C(O)-A-R3-N+(R1)(R2)(R), X-, in which A is an oxygen atom or an NH group, R¿3? is a linear or branched alkyl radical, with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R1, R2 and R, which are different or identical, are each an alkyl radical or aryl radical, X is selected from Cl, Br, I, CH3-CO3 and CH3-SO4 from at least one acrylic monomer (II) of formula H2C=CH-C(O)-A-R3-N(R1)(R2) and of at least one quaternizing agent (III) of formula RX. The reaction is performed at an absolute pressure of between 3 and 10 bars. Application: preparation in a shorter time of low-impurity solutions.</p> |
