CONSTITUTION:Raw MOZUKU seaweed is made from its aqueous dispersion or slurry into a sheet using a screen, dehydrated by pressing, dried and peeled off from the screen to a dried sheet like a laver sheet. The resultant sheet is excellent in storability, restoration property when it is treated with water, cooking simplicity and packaging property. Further, the period of salting can be shortened and it can be shipped in a shorter time, thus the quality is ensured, costs for storage and transportation and the space for storage can be largely saved. |
