PURPOSE:To prevent outflow of an excessive parting agent scraped by a blade, without using a separate member, by forming both sides of the tip of a metalling blade to a sector shape, and making it press-contact to a heating roll. CONSTITUTION:A metalling blade 16 is made to press-contact to a heating roll 8, in the lower part of applying felt 11 of a parting agent 12. As for the blade 16, both sides of the tip are opened by a notch at a part being a little outside a contact area of the felt 11, and the blade is formed to a sector shape, is made to press-contact to the heating roll 8, and an inclined part 16c is formed on both ends. Therefore, an excessive parting agent 12a is scraped by a linear part 16b of the blade 16 and is apt to flow to the end part, but since the inclined part 16c is provided, its outflow is prevented, it collects in the linear part 16b, is sucked by the felt 11, and is reutilized. Therefore, the excessive parting agent 12a can be prevented from its outflow by the shape of the blade itself without using a separate member. |
