PURPOSE:To generate a coherent laser light with a stable wave length, by controlling a laser so that a doubled wave detected by a resonance cell is made maximum, by making a resonance pattern acute and by increasing a degree of absorption selectively of an input light. CONSTITUTION:By using a frequency-stable atomic oscillator 2, the phase of an output microwave is modulated to a transition frequency of a resonance cell to make a resonance pattern of a resonance cell 3 narrow. And the frequency of a laser light is controlled by detecting only a doubled wave component of light outputted at pumping of the laser light by the resonance cell. A frequency of the laser light is controlled more accurately by making the resonance pattern acute. By this method, a laser light with a stable wave length is generated. |
