A harrow intended for working the soil is provided with two or more toothed sections and a foldable frame and is equipped with clod crushers 1. The side clod crushers 15 and a central clod crusher 14 have been mechanically coupled to each other at least in the work position of the harrow by means of control irons 11. The control irons 11 are rotatably connected to the harrow frame. The side clod crushers 15 and the central clod crusher 14 have been coupled to each other by way of the rotatable control iron 11 and bearing surfaces fixed on the latter. On the opposite pieces, an inclined surface has been formed such that the counter-piece belonging to the crusher system of the side clod crusher slides with the opposing surfaces against each other in the inclined plane to that side of the counter-piece which corresponds to the system of the central clod crusher 14, on which side pivoting of the side clod crusher 15 rearwards in the direction of travel is prevented on account of the torque caused by the drag resistance. <IMAGE>
