PURPOSE:To improve recording operability and to reduce errors in recording by testing an area which has been recorded; the area is in advance recorded on a recording medium and displaying an area in which an image can be recorded in response to an original reading position based on said tested output. CONSTITUTION:An area testing means A tests the area which has been recorded prior to image record making use of a light sensor, etc. The area which has been recorded is on the recording medium (for example, a transferring sheet) in which information has been partly recorded in advance by means of printing or the like. An area displaying means B displays the area in which an image can be recorded in such a specified place as an original putting board, or a film photographing screen or the like in the way that the area in which an image can be recorded responds to an original reading position based on the means A testing output. Thus is becomes unnecessary to perform trial recording which makes position relation between recorded (transferred) area and the area which has been printed coincident. Thus the recording operability is improved, and errors are reduced, and a time loss and an economical loss can be prevented. |
