PURPOSE: To make a supply compatible with a transport demand at a main floor by determining target values of departure load and time interval from data of a traffic volume measuring device at the main stop floor and data in a data area according to an algorithm. CONSTITUTION: In a main stop floor of a building having an elevator group constituted of at least one elevator, boarding and alighting of passengers is detected by a traffic volume measuring device (SENSOR) and a data area having prescribed data of transport capacity, departure load and time interval is prepared in accordance with an algorithm (KONTROLLER). Next, target values of departure load and time interval are calculated from data of the traffic volume measuring device and data of the data area. When values reach these target values, the departure of an elevator car is permitted. Thus, a supply is made compatible with transport demand at a main stop floor and an efficient elevator operation can be performed. |
