PURPOSE:To obtain a weighing machine which reduces a deviation error caused by a position of a weighed article placed on a scale and which can be made small-sized, by providing beams strained by a load and a strain gage delivering an electric signal which changes linearly according to the amount of a strain. CONSTITUTION:The load of an article to be weighed which is placed on a scale 9 is transmitted from the scale 9 to a movable-side stay 7 via a load receiving board 8, moving the stay 7 downward slightly. An upper beam 4 and a lower beam 5 follow this movement of the stay 7 and are bent downward around a fixed-side stay 3 as a supporting point. Since strains are caused in horizontal pieces 4a-5b by the displacement of the beams 4 and 5, electric signals are obtained from strain gages 6a and 6b stuck on the horizontal pieces 5a and 5b of the lower beam 5, respectively. The voltages of these signals have a linear relationship with the amount of the strains and change also linearly in relation to the load. Thus, the weight of the article is transduced exactly into a voltage, and a weighed value is indicated by an indicating element via a circuit. |
