<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and size of the titled device by determining an occurrence of abnormality such as heater breakage when the temperature of water is not increased in a predetermined time after a heater energization information is detected. CONSTITUTION:In case temperature increase of water is not detected when passage of a predetermined time is detected, breakage of an electric heater 5 is determined, and a diagnosis function part 20 gives an alarm indicating breakage of the electric heater 5 to a man-machine interface 24 to inform a user through a buzzer, light emitting indicator, etc. An abnormality such as heater breakage can thus be detected without depending on hardware, thereby the cost and size of the device can be reduced.</p> |
