PURPOSE:To smoothly and certainly perform the opening and clamping actions of a fixed mold and a movable mold at the molding time of a resin seal, by fixing either one of the movable mold and the fixed mold to the mount plate thereof and mounting the other mold to the mount plate thereof in a freely slidable manner. CONSTITUTION:The fixed mold 13 mounted to a fixed plate 11 through a mount base 12 and the movable mold 16 mounted to a movable plate 14 through a mount base 15 are arranged in opposed relationship and positioning guide means 17, 18 are mounted between both molds 13, 16. The upper mold 13 and the mount base 12 thereof are integrally fixed but the mount base 12 is mounted in a freely slidable manner with respect to the fixed plate 11 in up-and-down/horizontal directions. For example, the engaging shaft members 192 of a mount means 19 are engaged with a plurality of the mount holes 121 provided to the mount base 12 and a required clearance 20 is provided between each of the mount holes 121 and each of the engaging shaft members 192. By this method, the mount base 12 and the upper mold 13 are mounted in a freely slidable manner within a tolerant range. When there is positional shift at the time of clamping, the upper mold 13 is slid by the guide action of a guide pin 171 and moved to be corrected positionally and clamping is performed smoothly and certainly. |
