PURPOSE:To prevent such a failure as a system does not rise due to a fact that a power-on stop switch is set erroneously to an effective side by constitut ing on IPL initial value setting system so that a first switch is not depressed simultaneously, when a power source has been turned on in an unmanned state. CONSTITUTION:At the time of depressing a power source switch 31, when it is pushed continuously and simultaneously, it becomes a power-on stop state. Also, this system is provided with the first switch 46 for instructing only a confirmation/a change of an IPL initial value without applying a reset to the body in case said switch has been depressed in the course of system operation of the body, a second switch for inputting the IPL initial value and a third switch for instructing the end of the confirmation/the change of the IPL initial value. In such a way, it does not occur that the first switch 46 is depressed simultaneously, when a power source has been turned on in an unmanned state, and such a failure as the system does not rise due to a fact that a power-on stop switch is set erroneously to an effective side can be prevented.
