PURPOSE:To make it possible to facilitate the service work for an engine below the copilot's seat and the walk-through movement from the driver's seat to a cargo compartment in a cab-over type vehicle by enabling the copilot's seat to laterally move and swing toward the driver's seat. CONSTITUTION:In a car-over type vehicle, at first a seat back 2b on the copilot's B side is folded over a seat cushion 2a upon inspection of an engine in an engine deck 4. After a toggle clamp 16 being released from a hook 13, the seat cushion 2a is lifted up on the door side, and a seat frame 6 is sung up toward the driver's seat A. With this arrangement, a service hole in the engine deck 4 is opened. Further, a toggle clamp 15 is released from the hook 11, and the copilot's seat B is pushed down toward the driver's seat A. Thereafter, the toggle clamps 15, 16 are engaged with the hooks 12, 14, respectively, and a walk-through space is formed on one side of the driver's seat A. |
