The invention relates to a convertible garment with sleeves and, more particularly, to improvements to a convertible garment described in the main patent application, in which retraction of the sleeves makes it possible radically to modify the appearance of the garment and aims to propose another category of variants. This garment with retractable sleeves, in which a closure is arranged along each sleeve, it being possible for the closure to be opened from an upper end in the vicinity of the shoulder as far as its lower end, inclusive, is characterised in that the closure is arranged along the inner face of the sleeve, it being possible for attachment means 46 to be distributed along the sleeve both on the outer side and on the inner side in order to enable it to be fastened in position when partly or fully folded back and when folded either inwards or outwards, as well as to make the garment reversible.
