PURPOSE:To attain computation of business work and other general office work which may be difficult of execution by ordinary routine information processing and to save power by storing and retrieving a memo formed by each terminal operator in relation with the data base of the succeeding business. CONSTITUTION:The title system is provided with an input device 6 for inputting memo information relating to a record in the data base 5 to a work station 2, the 2nd storage medium 7 for storing memo information, a connecting retrieval table 8 for storing addresses on the 2nd storage medium 7 for a series of memo information relating to records, and a memo information control part for controlling the retrieval, record, updating, etc., of memo information to constitute the data base system. Consequently, a memo information data control system capable of storing personal memo information without requesting work for newly assigning a retrieval key to each operator and having high retrieving efficiency and high retrieval efficiency can be obtained.
