PURPOSE:To easily and uniformly irradiate the whole of the sterilized matters with ultraviolet rays by mounting the matters to be sterilized onto a net-shaped or sheet- shaped shifting body and irradiating them with radiation having a sterilizing ability from at least one side of both upper and lower surfaces of the shifting body. CONSTITUTION:A shifting belt 3 is made net-shaped or sheet-shaped and the material is composed of a transmitting material to transmit the irradiation having the sterilizing ability, for example, the ultraviolet ray, infrared ray, electronic ray, etc. Consequently, when a light emitting element 5 is driven by a power source 7 and the infrared ray is generated by this, sterilized matters 4 are of the non-transmission for the infrared ray, etc., the infrared ray from an upper side light emitting element 5 irradiates the upper surface of the sterilized matters 4 directly and the infrared ray from a lower side light emitting element 5 transmits a shifting belt 3 and irradiates the lower surface of the sterilized matters 4. As the result, the sterilized matters 4 are uniformly irradiat ed over the whole. Thus, the efficient sterilization can be executed. At this time, since it is not necessary to oscillate the shifting belt 3 by an oscillation source, the oscillation source is not necessary, the constitution is simple and the cost is inexpensive. |
