The invention consists in the combination of successive and complementary devices making it possible to harvest shellfish, whilst separating them from their culture medium (sand, silt etc.). The machine is composed of the following elements: - a withdrawal device [cutting base 1 and gripping roller with inclined blades 2], - conveyor and sieving mesh 5, - spreading and splitting rotor 3, - pressing and crushing assemblies 4, - off-centred pulleys 8 exerting rapid oscillations on the mesh in order to allow removal of the waste. The machine is intended for any shellfish cultivation, because its elements are adjustable [spacing of the mesh 5, design of the pressing and crushing assemblies 4, rate of oscillation]. <IMAGE>
