PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment construction method of a permeable concrete and a surface treated object of the permeable concrete which solves such a problem that there is generally no beauty nor interest factor in the surface appearance in spite of the permeable concrete gentle with the earth/natural environment by solving a problem of a interlocking method in the permeable concrete. SOLUTION: The surface treatment process includes: a first process (1) of mounting a paper pattern 3 for molding a joint 8 on the permeable concrete 2; after the paper pattern 3 has been mounted on the permeable concrete 2, a mortar spraying and application process for applying paste such as a cement or a resin containing a synthetic resin or the like or mortar or a mixture of them on the permeable concrete 2 and the paper pattern 3 mounted on the permeable concrete 2 (a third process (111)); and after the application process, a joint molding shape material stripping and removing process (the fourth process (1V)) giving permeability to the joint 8 by stripping the paper pattern 3.
