PURPOSE:To make use of effect of substance efficiently by exposing a part of the substance stuck into a coating layer, by a method wherein the circumference of a core material is coated with synthetic resin into which metallic powder has been kneaded and the surface is treated with heat of a specific temperature or higher. CONSTITUTION:Powder or granule which is neither dissolved nor melted at a processing temperature of metallic powder such as silver or copper or zinc or tin or aluminum or a metallic alloy or a metallic compound or synthetic resin is kneaded into the synthetic resin and a wire rod such as a synthetic fiber or a glass fiber or an iron wire is coated with the resin. A core material 1 enters into a die 3, the resin into which the powder or the granule has been kneaded is in an extruding machine 2 and the core material 1 is coated with the resin with the die 3. A coated core material 1-1 enters into first cooling water 5 through an air gap 4. The surface of a coated molded product 1-1 which has been cooled by the first cooling water 5 is heat-treated with a flame 7 of the burners 6, 6-1, directly after which the same is cooled by a second cooling water 8. A temperature of a flame is 500 deg.C or higher, a resin film coated with the powder or the granule is broken with flame treatment and a part of the powder or the granule is exposed. The same is taken off by pinch rolls 9, 9-1 and wound round a wind-up machine 10. |
