A pump dispenser for fluid products, such as creams and lotions, includes a flexible unitary pumping member confining a pump chamber (11) with a container body (1) and having a flat annular portion (10) which cooperates with an upper surface (6) of an annular projection (4) formed integrally with the body (1) for controlling an outlet port (15). The port of the annular portion (10) covering the outlet ports free to flex upwardly along a hinge line (26) without substantial stretching of the material of the pumping member.
