In the support 2 is provided a Cardan joint 4, which permits the tilting of the bed. A system of hydraulic cylinders 9, 15, 17 and 21 permits the tilting and the moving of the reclined part of the bed, and the joints 8,14 permit the bending of the reclining part of the bed.
