PURPOSE:To permit a stable output for a long time, by using a thermoelectric element to adjust a biosensor, a sample liquid and a buffer solution to optimum reaction temperature while the biosensor and the buffer solution is controlled to such a temperature to keep enzyme from being deactivated during the preservation thereof. CONSTITUTION:A silver foil is applied to an insulation substrate 1 as cathode 2 while a gold foil is applied thereon as anode 3. Then, a film 4 of immobilized enzyme is put tight on the anode 3 and a protective film 5 is laminated thereon to form a biosensor. Moreover, a silicone rubber sheet 8 provided with a circular window hole 7 thereon and an discharge tube 9 are laminated on a groove type silicone rubber sheet 10. An inflow tube 11 for a sample liquid is passed through said groove and the tip thereof 11 is fixed into the window hole 7. Moreover, silicone rubber sheets 12 and 13 are laminated and a temperature sensing element 14 is set between a substrate 1 and the sheet 13. The whole of the work is sandwiched by acrylic plates 15 and 16 to form a biosensor unit 17, which is then, fixed on a thermostatic block 19 and covered with a heat insulating agent 20 in the perimeter thereof while an air cooled fan 21 is mounted on the side thereof to obtain a biosensor 22. The use of the sensor 22 allows the obtaining of a stable output for a long time. |
