PURPOSE:To make a compression-resistant distortion little by making change of hardness due to a temperature small, by a method wherein a sintered body is formed by mixing/sintering vulcanized rubber powder or thermoplastic resin powder with thermoplastic resin, into which latex mixed with a crosslinking agent is infiltrated and heating/crosslinking are performed. CONSTITUTION:A sintered body is obtained by mixing/sintering vulcanized rubber powder or thermoplastic resin powder with thermoplastic resin. Any of latex mixed with a crosslinking agent or a mixed solution of liquid rubber diluted with a solvent and the crosslinking agent or a rubber solution obtained by turning a rubber compound into a solution with a solvent is infiltrated into the sintered body. A sponge body is formed of an impregnated matter of the sintered body by drying water or the solvent from the impregnated matter and heating/crosslinking the same. According to a manufacturing method of the sponge body of an interconnecting cell like this, a fine cell whose curing change due to a temperature and a compression-resistant distortion are little, moreover, properties of interconnecting cell are favorable and can be manufactured easily by stabilizing a porosity. |
