A novel semi-synthetic compound, 10-[(3-chloro-4-methyoxyphenyl)methyl]-16-(2,3-dihydroxy-1-methyl-3-ph enylpropyl)-6-methyl-3-(2-methylpropyl)-1,4- dioxa-8,11-diazacyclohexadec-13-ene-2,5,9,12-tetrone which has potential as a treating agent for mycotic infections is described.
