PURPOSE:To feed sheet materials piece by piece without attending any scratches, by reversing each of sheet materials heaped up aslant at a sheet receiving position and feeding it to a feeding position, while causing the sheet materials to be taken out in regular sequence from the top one. CONSTITUTION:At a sheet receiving positon, sheet materials S1-Sn fed in a state of being kept upright on a holding table 7 is supported in a state of putting themselves close together and leaning against each other by means of a first slant plate 8 with the previously fed sheet materials coming to the bottom side. Next, the holding table 7 is shifted to the feeding position while the sheet materials S1-Sn on the first slant plate 8 are reversed by operation of a sheet slant switch plate 10 and transferred to a second slant plate 9 and the plural number of said sheet materials S1-Sn are supported in a state that they cause the previously fed sheet materials to come topside. After that, the holding table 7 is put back to the receiving position and those of accumulated sheet materials S1-Sn are fed to space between rollers 18 and 19 from one atop the heap successively with a suction cup 20 without damaging them and further fed to a radiation picture reader. |
