The device has a frame with two brackets for interchangeable rolls of hose. - The device also has ram-operated heads equipped with clipping tools and heaters for welding the hose stump end shut and for shrinking it onto the end of the pipe. A plunger with a punch compresses the hose stump and at the same time forms a hole in it.
