PURPOSE:To eliminate the component elements of which number corresponds to that of one heat exchanger, reduce the component elements relating to a treatment of condensed water and make a small-sized main body by a method wherein a single heat exchanger is provided in which a part ranging from a bent part to an upper part is made as an evaporator while a central part being bent and then another part ranging from the bent part to the lower part is acted as a condensor. CONSTITUTION:Indoor air sucked from an indoor suction port of a front surface passes through an upper part 5a of a heat exchanger 5 acting as an evaporator, thereafter the indoor air is supplied from an indoor air blowing port 7 of a front surface by an indoor fan 4a. In turn, outdoor air sucked from an outdoor suction port 8 at a rear surface passes through a lower part 5b of the heat exchanger 5 acting as a condensor, thereafter the air is discharged out of an outdoor blowing port 9 at a rear surface by an outdoor fan 4b. The condensed water as the fins of the evaporator flows downwardly and reaches a part of the condensor at the lower part 5b, is evaporated and then is discharged together with the outdoor air. Accordingly, a part of the water pan and the like are not required. In addition, the bent central part shape causes the portion of the condensor 5b to be slightly inclined from its horizontal plane, so that a vertical size of the unit can be reduced while keeping an aeration area. |
