PURPOSE:To manufacture a roll easily molded and with superior smoothness on its outer surface by inserting a fiber reinforced plastic pipe on a metal pipe concentrically into a hollow mold, filling compressively cured resin while having pressure in a space between said mold and pipe negative and curing. CONSTITUTION:A material pipe tube 7 to be lined is inserted into a hollow mandrel 6 with flanges at both ends having inner surfaces corresponding to a desired diameter and with surface smoothness degree, and O-rings 13 are set at the both ends of the material tube 7, and then companion flanges 12 are fixing set at the both ends of the hollow mandrel 6. Next, valves 11, 11, a resin injecting port 5 and a vacuum tank 8 are set to actuate a vacuum pump, and simultaneously a valve 11 on the resin injecting port 5 side is opened to inject blended resin. The companion flanges are removed after resin is completely cured, and the material is drawn out of the mandrel to manufacture a roll material lined with resin. |
