<p>PURPOSE:To monitor operating status with validity by using a fuzzy inference for a decision logic to decide the normality/abnormality of the operating status. CONSTITUTION:The values of the air and the fuel supplied to a furnace 1 are respectively measured by flowmeters. These measured values are supplied to a plant monitor unit 2. This monitor unit 2 operates a fuzzy inference operation in order to decide the degree of danger in the operating status of the furnace 1 and the quality of a product under production in the furnace 1.</p> |
