PURPOSE:To provide preferable high temperature life characteristic by employing as a vehicle component acrylic polymer having specific glass transition temperature in a conductor layer. CONSTITUTION:A conductor layer of a solid electrolytic capacitor formed by sequentially forming a dielectric oxide film layer, a semiconductor layer and the conductor layer on an anode base made of metal having valve action is of a conductive paste layer containing as a vehicle component acrylic polymer having minus 20 deg.C or higher of maximum available temperature of the capacitor of glass transition temperature. In order to enhance the performance of the capacitor, the semiconductor layer to be used contains as main ingredients zinc dioxide or lead dioxide and lead sulfate. Then, the solid electrolytic capacitor having preferable high temperature life characteristic in a high frequency band is obtained. Further, even if the vehicle component which satisfies the temperature condition is employed, the preferable high temperature life characteristic is not obtained in the high frequency band without the acrylic polymer. |
