PURPOSE:To allow the operator of a radio equipment to discriminate easily whether or not the outgoing/incoming call is available at present by providing a fault detector annunciator having a function monitoring always the presence of a fault of a line connector and informing it to all radio zones if any fault takes place. CONSTITUTION:A fault detection annunciator 5 grasps the presence of a fault of a line connector 4 in real time and if the line connector is system down due to a fault, a fault occurrence notice signal to all radio zones 6 by using a wired line. In the reception of the fault occurrence notice signal, the fault notice radio base station equipment 2 uses a radio control channel to send a fault occurrence notice signal to radio telephone sets in a radio zone. In the reception of the fault occurrence notice signal, the radio telephone set 3 notifies the occurrence of a fault in the line connector through the display to the operator of the radio telephone set. Thus, the operator of the radio telephone set can recognize it that the outgoing/incoming call is not available. |
