PURPOSE:To easily produce the above KONJAK (paste made from the starch of the devil's-tongue) having high nutritive value, by adding refined KONJAK flour to warm water, stirring the mixture to obtain a viscous liquid, mixing the viscous liquid with another viscous liquid separately prepared by adding fine soybean flour to warm water and stirring the mixture, stirring the mixture of the viscous liquids, adding refined lime water, stirring the mixture and freeze- drying the product after coagulation. CONSTITUTION:A viscous liquid prepared by stirring a mixture of refined KONJAK flour and warm water is added with a viscous liquid prepared by stirring a mixture of fine soybean flour and warm water. The mixture of the liquids is stirred, added with refined lime water, stirred again, poured into a mold, heated with warm water after coagulation to remove astringency and freeze-dried to obtain the objective KONJAK which can be seasoned within a short time. |
