An assembly plate (30) for attaching a furniture hinge to the body of a piece of furniture comprises two separable parts (40; 42) which can be mutually engaged and desengaged when superimposed. The lower part (40) of the assembly plate can be fastened to the support wall of the body of a piece of furniture and has at its front end, which extends outward from the interior of the body of the piece of furniture, at least one hook-like protuberance (78) corresponding to a hook-receiver (76) on the lower side of the upper part of the assembly plate (42). The catch mechanism for releasable connection of the two parts (40; 42) of the assembly plate comprises on the upper part (42) two parallel tongues (64) which can be bent toward the surface of the support wall, each one being provided with catch section (74) which interlocks with a corresponding catch receiver (80) in the lower part (40) of the assembly plate. The catch section (74) can be released from the catch receiver (80) by exerting a pressure in opposite directions on the two parts parallel to the surface of the support wall. |
