PURPOSE:To facilitate adjustment of belt width by dividing inner part space of a water supplying header into two with pistons, connecting to supplying sources for cooling water and end face heating medium, respectively and shifting the piston while synchronizing with the short side mold. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 13 for shifting the short side mold 5 to width direction is arranged and also piston headers 16, 22 are divided into two with the pistons 16a, 22a, respectively. Then, the divided spaces are connected to the supplying sources for the cooling water and the end face heating medium through valves 15, 24, respectively. The pistons 16a, 22a are controlled with actuators 33, 33a and the actuators 33, 33a are controlled with a control device 34 while synchronizing with the actuator 13 and driving mechanism 32. By this method, a restrictor for water passage 19 is restricted in accordance with shifting of the short side mold 5, to adjust the pistons 16a, 22a. Therefore, the adjustment of the belt width is automatically executed and facilitated. |
