PURPOSE:To promote a sleep and to take a comfortable sleep without being helped by someone else, by providing an automatic shaking means for supporting a bed main body on elastic posts in a three-dimensionally shakable manner and automatically shaking the bed main body. CONSTITUTION:A bed main body 1 is supported on the upper ends of four coil spring posts 2 being the elastic posts verticall provided to the base plate 3 fixed to the floor surface of a bedroom at four corner parts thereof and an automatic shaking means 5 for forcibly shaking the bed main body 1 in three-axis directions, that is, an up-and- down direction, a left-and-right direction and a before-and-behind directions is provided under the bed main body 1. When the position of the rotary pin 7 in the automatic shaking means 5 is adjusted, an output shaft 11 rotates around the pin 7 while draws oval loci 16', 16'', 16''' by the rotatory power of a rotary plate 9 and the recovery resistance of the coil spring posts 2 accompanied by said rotatory force to impart shaking of arbitrary before-and-behind amplitude and that of arbitrary left-and-right amplitude such as L'1, L'2, L''1, L''2, L'''1, L'''2 to the bed main body 1 and up-and- down shaking is applied to the bed main body 1 supported so as to be freely Shakable in three-axis directions to act three-dimensional Shaking thereon.
