A method for producing repair components comprises (i) heating crushed-doromite for 60 min at 300 deg.C to prepare a granular fire- proofing component (MgO content is above 30%) and put it into a mixer, and (ii) adding tar (compsn. 15%) 5 wt.% (to 100 wt.% of porous fire-proofing component) and volatile solvent 2.5 wt.% at 70 deg.C with stirring for 20-30 min simultaneously.
