The invention relates to a coupling between a rotating, drivable shaft and a rotor, which shaft may have an unround section for cooperation with a corresponding unround hole in the rotor in such a manner that the rotor is locked against relative rotation with respect to the shaft. The coupling according to the invention is characterized in that the rotor and the shaft have respective cooperating axial stops for limiting the relative axial displaceability in one direction; the shaft has a projecting locking rim at its free end; and there is a locking element which is able to interact with the shaft and the rotor in such a manner that the said stops are pressed against one another.
