PURPOSE:To obtain the title apparatus equipped with a change-over mechanism having compact and simple constitution at low cost, by operating the follower part of a multipole connector for connecting both of an ultrasonic probe and a main body circuit on the basis of the signal from a control part by a drive part in such a state that a plug is connected to a socket. CONSTITUTION:The plug 31p of the multipole connector 3A connected to an ultrasonic probe 4A is connected to a socket 31s using a fastener 34. In the same way, the plugs of the multipole connectors 3B, 3C, 3D connected to the other ultrasonic probes 4B, 4C, 3D are respectively connected to sockets. When an order for selecting the ultrasonic probe 4A is given to an input part 6, a control part 5 drives the motor 20 of a drive part 2A according to the signal from the input part 6. The rotation of the motor 20 is transmitted to gears 21a, 22a and a power transmitting shaft 23 to drive the shaft 32 in the plug 31p. An eccentric cam 33 is rotated by the rotation of the shaft 32. The rotation of the eccentric cam 33 allows a support member 35 to slide (in an upward direction), and the contact 36p of the plug and the contact 36s of the socket are turned ON all at once and the ultrasonic probe 4A is electrically connected to a main body circuit. |
