<p>PURPOSE: To simply and reliably monitor a nonreturn valve by detecting displacement of the nonreturn valve as a pressure fluctuations among a plurality of compressible containers and driving and controlling the nonreturn valve while processing these detected signals. CONSTITUTION: A monitor 60 for monitoring a nonreturn valve 62 from outside is arranged inside a container 64 that retains a high temperature and high pressure fluid. And, a plurality of bellows 86, 88 is arranged in the monitor 60 as a plurality of compressible containers that are fixed in the container 64 through a sensor fixing element 72. Furthermore, a pressure fluctuation detector 100 being a detector is connected to each bellows through respective pipe 74, 76. The signals detected by the pressure fluctuation detector 100 is input to a microcomputer 112 that is a data processor to monitor the pressure fluctuations. By this manner, the operating condition of the nonreturn valve in a steam system, particularly in a steam turbine system is simply and reliably monitored.</p> |
