摘要 PURPOSE:To simply and accurately perform and express an arithmetic operation of real numbers including unreasonable numbers by expressing a piece of numerical value in two pieces (numerator and denominator) at the arithmetic operation. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic circuit consists of registers 1-4, selectors 5-8, an abbreviator 9, a common denominator reducer 10, an adder/subtractor/ multiplier 11, a multiplier 12, and a control circuit 13. The registers 1-4 serve as the circuits which store temporarily the information to receive the numerical value for arithmetic from outside and to deliver the numerical value to outside. The two real numbers to undergo the arithmetic operations are obtained in the form of fractions and these numerators and denominators are calculated separately from each other. Then, the arithmetic numerical value is finally stored and expressed in the form of a numerator and a denominator. Thus, it is possible to handle the numerical value in a simple form even with an arithmetic operation including the unreasonable numbers. Then, the accurate and quick arithmetic processing is carried out.
