<p>PURPOSE: To provide a small capacity dryer in which temperature can be regulated precisely by feeding a surface protected electronic element onto a wheel being driven through a specific driver. CONSTITUTION: A work piece is carried on a feed wheel 1 into a dryer, a sleeve 5 supporting one contact wire is cut into an inner coating 19 and a sleeve 4 supporting the other contact wire is cut into an outer coating 20. An electronic element is supported by both sleeves 4, 5 while being spaced apart by means of a pair of rods 6 arranged on two concentric circles on a rotary plate 7 such that the cavity between the rods 6, rotation of the rotary plate 7 and rotation of the feed wheel 1 and a carry-out disc 11 are harmonized. The air blown through a nozzle 9 is heated up to a required temperature in the area of an electronic heater 8 and passed through a nozzle 14 at the bottom of the sleeve 5 into the cavity between the sleeves 5, 4.
