PURPOSE:To prevent a control signal from being issued erroneously by displaying the state of a final control element and the selection button of an operating content, and issuing the control signal corresponding to the operating content by depressing a push button provided corresponding to the final control element. CONSTITUTION:When the display button of an operating frame to be displayed on a display device 2 is touched, a touched position is inputted to a computer 1 by a touch screen 4 via a touch screen controller 5, and the computer 1 judges whether or not a touch operation is performed on a button display position correctly. Next, by depressing the push button 61 corresponding to the number of the operating frame, a signal is inputted to the computer 1 via a signal input device 7, and the computer 1 judges the depression of the push button corresponding to which operating frame, and issues the control signal corresponding to the operating content of the display button selected previously to the final control element 111 via a process output device 8. In such a way, it is possible to prevent an incorrect control signal from being issued. |
