The conventional way of mowing is to use a manual scythe, a motor-driven scythe or motor-driven cutter-bar mowers, these being highly work-intensive and inaccurate. The object of the invention is achieved in that a mower frame, in the form of an upside-down V, can travel over a row of plants, in each case a mowing disc being guided past the row of plants on the right and left and mowing the grass away.
